Robert A. Colman, MD

Dr. Colman has been in private practice treating asthma, allergic conditions, and related illnesses for over 15 years. He is also a member of the hospital teaching staff. Dr. Colman is an active lecturer and visiting professor of clinical medicine. He is particularly interested in challenging cases.
Dr. Colman completed his fellowship in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto after his pediatric residency at Raymond Blank Memorial Hospital for Children in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Colman is board certified in pediatrics. He is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology; and a fellow of the Canadian Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
A Michigan native, Dr. Colman enjoys travel, skiing, and tennis; but particularly spending time with his wife, Pendy, and their three children – Jordan, Emma and Charlie.
Dr. Colman is accepting new pediatric and adult patients.

Whitney Molis, MD

Whitney E. Molis, MD

As the newest specialist treating asthma and allergies, Dr. Whitney E. Molis joined Pediatric and Adult Allergy, P.C./The Asthma Care Center as an associate physician in July 2007.
An honors graduate and dean's list student, Dr. Molis has received numerous academic and leadership awards. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tulane University and graduated from Northwestern University Medical School. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Chicago and her allergy/immunology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic.
Dr. Molis is board certified in pediatrics and in allergy/immunology. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics; a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology; and a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
Dr. Molis is a native of Mason City, Iowa, and has several family members who reside in Iowa. She enjoys reading, music, gardening, travel, and spending time with her husband, Dr. Marc Molis, her daughter, and her twins.
